They were very helpful and customer service was really good. Mr.Pravash Roy was caring and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was comfortable for us. God bless him!

Pravash roy and his team are excellent. They kept their cool during the crisis, cyclone and not compromised on the services even its jam packed. Great Job..Food is delicious..

We Spent about 12 days in the resort with team, we came for cyclone relif.resort is neat and clean even during storm they made efforts to run the hotel in a smooth way maintained timely services when called for. Mr.Pravash roy, made us feel comfortable with the way he speaks , his hospitality and made sure that we got the appropriate service. Food was good, arrangements for sports were made when asked. Thank you for the whole team for making our stay memorable.

Hotel is not upto the level as expected Not having clean white towels. They had normal dry washed towels and rooms were not good. Need maintenance. Mr. Pravash roy was very good service. I should gave 5 star for him but because of this situation he also cant do anything.
